Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts double-layer structure with 10mm rubber plate inside.

2) The movement of spray gun is controlled by X-axis /Z-axis mechanical arm linkage.

3) The movement of parts adopts mobile trolley and parts rotation mechanism.

4) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

5) One set of G80-2 shot-peening tank is used for the shot-peening generator, which is equipped with METALWORK electric proportional valve and EI electromagnetic flow valve.

6) Wind classifier and vibrating screen are used for pellet separation.

7) Adopting automatic pulse back flushing filter element dust collector(dust discharge ≤1mg/m3) for environmental protection.

8) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.
