Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts double-layer structure with 10mm rubber plate inside.

2) FANUC M-20iA robot is used for spray gun movement.

3) The movement of parts is positioned by rotary door as well as two sets of external axes of robot.

4) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

5) One set of G80-2 shot-peening tank is used for the shot-peening generator, which is equipped with METALWORK electric proportional valve and EI electromagnetic flow valve.

6) Wind classifier and vibrating screen are used for pellet separation.

7) Adopting automatic pulse back flushing filter element dust collector(dust discharge ≤1mg/m³) for environmental protection.
