Characteristics:

1) The chamber body is made of 4mm steel plate, and the inner wall is attached with 10mm wear-resistant rubber plate for protection;

2) The spray gun adopts z-axis manipulator to perform vertical movement;

3) The movement of parts is controlled by fixed turntable and manipulator;

4) The pellet material is recovered by wind power;

5) Shot peening generator adopts a set of g80-2 shot peening tank, shot peening pressure can be matched with Italian metalwork electric proportional valve for digital closed-loop precise control, control accuracy ≤ ± 2%； Shot peening flow can be matched with American EI flow valve digital closed-loop precise control, control accuracy ≤ ± 5%。
